Section 1 - What do we do with your data?

When you buy something in our store, we collect, as part of the purchase and sales process, the personal information you give us, such as your name, address and e-mail address.

When you surf in our store, we also automatically receive the internet protocol (IP) address of your computer, so that we receive information about your browser and operating system.

E-mail marketing (if applicable): With your permission we can send you e-mails about our store, new products and other updates.

Part 2 - permission

How do you get my permission?

When you provide our personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you agree that we only collect and use this information for that specific reason .

If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, such as Marketing, we will ask you directly for your explicit permission or offer you the opportunity to say no.

How do I draw my permission?

We can announce your personal data if we are legally obliged to do so or if you violate our service conditions.

Part 4 - WooCommerce

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform with which we can sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored via the data storage of WooCommerce, databases and the General WooCommerce application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Shopify will save your credit card details. It is encrypted via the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). The details of your purchase transaction are not stored for longer than necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is completed, your purchase transaction data will be deleted.

All gateways for direct payments adhere to the standards of PCI-DSS, as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, a joint effort from brands such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requires the safe treatment of credit card information to insure our store and its service providers.

Section 5 - Third -party services

In general, the third parties used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information insofar as it is necessary to enable them to perform the services they provide to us.

Certain external service providers, such as payment gateways and other processors of payment transactions, have their own privacy policy with regard to the information that we must provide to them for your purchase -related transactions.

For these providers we recommend that you read their privacy policy so that you know how these providers handle your personal data.

In particular, remember that certain providers in a different jurisdiction can be established or have facilities than you or us. So if you choose to continue with a transaction involving the services of an external service provider, your data can be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction/jurisdictions in which those service provider or his facilities are located.

For example, if you are established in Canada and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway in the United States, then your personal information used in completing that transaction may be subject to disclosure under American legislation, including the Patriot Act.

As soon as you leave the website of our store or will be diverted to a website or application of a third party, you no longer fall under this privacy policy or the service conditions of our website.

Section 6 - Safety

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and we follow the best practices in the sector to ensure that this information is not inappropriate, is misused, is made accessible, is made public, is changed or is destroyed.

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is coded using Secure Socket Layer technology (SSL) and stored with an AES-256 coding. Although no method of transfer via the internet or electronic storage is 100% safe, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and we apply additional generally accepted industrial standards.

Cookies

Here is a list of cookies that we use. We have listed them here so that you can choose whether or not you want to abandon cookies.

_session_id, unique token, sessional, with this can store Shopify information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc).

_Shopify_visit, no data stored, will continue to exist 30 minutes after the last visit, is used by the internal stats tracker of our website provider to register the number of visits.

_Shopify_Uniq, no data kept, runs at midnight (compared to the visitor) of the next day, the number of visits to a store has a single customer.

Shopping cart, unique token, continues to exist for 2 weeks, stores information about the content of your shopping cart.

_secure_session_id, unique token, sessional

Storefront_digest, Unique token, indefinitely If the store has a password, this is used to determine whether the current visitor has access.

Section 7 - Age of consent

By using this site, you declare that you are at least of age in the state or province where you live, or that you are of age in the state or province where you live and that you have given us permission to minor family members of you this site to be used.

Section 8 - Changes to this privacy policy

We reserve the right to change this privacy policy at any time, so view it regularly. Changes and clarifications come into force immediately after placement on the website. If we make substantial changes to this policy, we will let you know here that it has been updated, so that you know what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances we possibly use and/or make them public.

If our store is taken over or merges with another company, your data can be transferred to the new owners, so that we can continue to sell products to you.
